Philippines has been the target market for Nova series so, we’re expecting this device to launch in Philippines maybe later this month or in January 2018. Outside China & Philippines, we are not sure this device will be available or not but, even if Huawei decides to launch the device elsewhere, it’ll probably carry a different name.
As far the specifications for the device goes, the Nova 2s will likely be powered by the last gen Kirin 960 & upto 6 Gigabytes of RAM. Also, there shall be a couple of Cameras on the Back & on the Front as well. The Back Cameras will likely be a combination of 16MP Regular (with f-1.8 Aperture) + a 20MP Monochrome sensors. On the Front, one sensor might be a 20MP one but, we don’t have any clues about the secondary sensor. The price will also be comparatively lower than the V10 as it’s using older hardware. So, unexpected but, the launch is happening pretty soon. At least the announcement gap between the V10 & the Nova 2s, isn’t that big.
