Just as we predicted, the Huawei Nova 3e is indeed the Huawei P20 Lite for China (or maybe for some other countries as well). However, one of our expectations have broken down as it’s almost confirmed that there will be no Kirin 670 as Huawei will be using the same Kirin 659 as they’ve used in the Nova 2i (Mate 10 Lite), Honor 7x & even the Honor 9 Lite.
However, a recent leak from Evan Blass shows off the device in four color options including Black, Pink (Rose Gold), Gold & Blue.
Now, the design aesthetics are already known to us with that Notch sitting on the top & that glass sandwich design approach.
The specifications will include a Kirin 659, 4GB RAM, 64GB RAM, Dual Rear Cameras & a Single Front Facing Camera which meets the specification sheet of the Honor 7x quite a bit. Of course the Display has a different approach but, other things look pretty similar.
The Nova 3e will be unveiled in China on 20th March but, the rest of the P20 series alongside the P20 Lite will be unveiled in Paris on 27th March.
