Korean Electronics Giant Samsung are no strangers to online promotion campaigns. Having in the past used platforms like Twitter, Facebook etc to promote their smart devices. The latest being a 21 sec video posted on Twitter with the hashtag #TheNextGalaxy. This has already started trending globally and created quite a flutter among customers as it is being considered as a prelude to the launch of Samsung’s new flagship mobile device the S6 at MWC 2015.
Slated to be unveiled in March 2015, Samsung Galaxy S6 is expected to give stiff competition to Apple’s iPhone 6 and LG’s G3. The teaser video is themed “Beautiful Things”, hinting at the materials which the company seeks to incorporate into their design philosophy. The video shows animated tiles hanging in the air, with graphics that vaguely depict, metal and fluids. Of late new releases like the Galaxy Note Edge have all sported brilliant displays, lightweight metal chassis, and rounded edges; and it is expected this latest one is sure to follow on the same footsteps.
Just a few hours after the video release, they leaked the first impression of the #TheNextGalaxy. With both the teasers we can see that this new Galaxy phone is more focused on the design and is expected to come under the slimmest phone.
