ASUS just made another Zenfone official & they have named it Zenfone Live.  This device is completely focused on Live Streaming. ASUS says that, they have included an app called BeautyLive for Real-time Beautification Support in many popular apps including Facebook & Youtube.

ZenFone Live (ZB501KL) 1

The Zenfone Live has a 5MP Front Facing Camera with 1.4μm Pixel Size & 82° Wide Angle Lens. This should allow the sensor  to have Better Light Sensitivity & a larger viewing area. Though, we are surprised to see ASUS going with a 5MP sensor instead of an 8MP sensor & also f-2.2 Aperture instead of f-2.0. The 13MP Rear Facing Camera will also support Real Time Beautification.

ZenFone Live (ZB501KL) 2

ASUS has also included a LED Flash at the front that may come handy in Artificial & Low light conditions and that’s almost it. Yeah, seriously there’s nothing more to talk about as the Hardware is kinda basic. But, still if you’re curious then let’s a about it.

The Zenfone Live (ZB501KL) packs a 5 inch 720P Screen, Quadcore Snapdragon Processor (that we believe to be the Snapdragon 410), 2GB RAM, 16GB & 32GB Internal Memory options, Dual-sim Support (4G/3G/2G), Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11 b/g/n WLAN & a 2650mah battery. In the software side it runs Android Marshmallow out of the box & the OS is fused with ZenUI 3.0 .

Now, we always have complains about the live streaming via. our Smartphones as the quality is never that good & if ASUS can change that, it can be gamechanger for them. Though, the quality of live streaming also depends on the speed of your internet connection & we have to see how this device performs when it comes to Slow internet speeds. Also, we think that ASUS could have included a bigger battery as well because, live streaming consumes a huge amount of battery in a very short time period. Anyway, fingers crossed for the Zenfone Live & hope that we’ll be finally  able to have a good Live Streaming experience.
