A new ASUS Zenfone device was recently caught in Tenaa that is the first phone from ASUS with an 18:9 Display. It’s not one of those high end flagships though, instead it looks like a new offering in the budget segment. This model carries the Model No, ASUS_X018DC that indicates that it’s probably from the ASUS Zenfone 4 Max series but, we definitely cannot confirm that as of now.

A New ASUS Device Got Certified In Tenaa With 18:9 Screen, Dual Cameras And 4030 mAh Battery

The specifications include:
  • A 5.7 inch 1440×720 HD Display (18:9 Aspect Ratio)
  • Dimensions of 152.6 × 72.7 × 8.8 (mm)
  • Cellular Support for 2G/3G/4G networks
  • Octacore 1.5 GHz Processor
  • 3GB & 4GB RAM options
  • 32GB & 64GB Internal Storage options
  • 16MP + 8MP Rear Cameras
  • 8MP Front Camera
  • 4030 mAh Battery
  • Android 7.0 Nougat

We’re not sure about what is the exact variant of the processor as of now but, ASUS hasn’t used any Mediatek proceesor in their Zenfone 4 series till now so, we hope this one is from Qualcomm as well. But, the main highlights of this device is definitely the Big Screen, the Dual Rear Cameras & the Big 4030 mAh Battery.

So, we’re not sure when & in which countries this device will be available but, if ASUS keeps the price down for this device, it can be a good option in the budget segment for those big screen lovers. So, do you need a 18:9 screen in the budget segment or you are someone looking to grab flagships instead ? Definitely let us know in the comments section right below this article !
