The ASUS Zenfone 5 series is yet to hit the Indian market but, ASUS seems to have some plans for the country before that. By taking everyone by surprise, today in an event held by the the online retail giant Flipkart, ASUS announced a India specific strategic partnership with Flipkart where they’ll be working on affordable smartphones for India.
The first member in this category is the Zenfone Max Pro which is powered by the same Snapdragon 636 that also powers the Zenfone 5 2018.

So, the Zenfone Max Pro is another member to the regularly expanding Zenfone Max family from ASUS & the Zenfone Max series is famous for their huge batteries so, the Zenfone Max Pro will probably not be an exception.
However, ASUS has unveiled a very short list of info on the device so, we have to wait for the launch to confirm further. The Zenfone Max Pro will be announced on 23rd July, 2018 at 12:30 PM IST.
