Samsung Galaxy A5 2018 Leaked Photos Show An 18:9 Display And Under Camera Fingerprint Scanner

The Galaxy A Series has been there for a few years now & Samsung brings an update to all the A-series devices every year with maybe one or two additions. This time the 2018 edition of the Galaxy A5 has appeared online. Inside a back-case by the way but, it shows the device quite wisely. So, this is the Galaxy A5 2018

So, this is an 18:9 Display (can also be 18.5 : 9) that is of course do not have not curved edges on the sides like the S8 or Note 8. But, the Fingerprint scanner’s location has been shifted from the side of the Camera (like the S8) to the bottom & this might actually help for better reachability & prevent accidental touches on the Camera lens.

Now, we don’t really know about the exact hardware inside but, as Samsung has always done with these mid range devices, expect a kind of low powered hardware inside the device. The screen will probably be the main USP of the device. Though the resolution should be  2160 x 1080 & it might also be an AMOLED panel. So, that’s kinda all we can expect right now.

Anyway, it’s kinda a good path that Samsung is taking for their budget devices by bringing the Flagship design approach in Mid-range devices. But, we hope hardware is not super underpowered or anything.
