ASUS Zenfone Zoom is the first phone to have 3x optical zoom and seems to be the best camera phone of the year 2016. Yesterday at Zentalk, I came across a thread that ASUS is launching the Zenfone Zoom on December 1st 2015 at Taiwan. It was rumored to launch in June, but that wasn’t true.

This smartphone will be installed with Intel Atom Z3580 chipset with 13 MP rear cameras (10 layers lenses for 3x Optical zoom). It will have an IPS Display and Gorilla Glass 4 with the screen resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. This phone will come with 5GB of free ASUS storage. So that you can have your data saved from your ASUS Zenfone Zoom to ASUS storage.
This Zenfone Zoom launch event will take place at National Taiwan University Gymnasium. The registration will start from 15:00 to 14:00 hours. Once they launch the phone in Taiwan they will soon roll out it other countries. It is expected that by Q1, Zenfone Zoom will be available in most of the countries.
