Yes it’s true that Sony Corp is in a contract to sell their shares of Olympus to JP Morgan Security Co, Japan. Out of their 34,487,900 shares, 17,243,950 shares will be sold to JPMorgan. This contract was signed to fulfil two purposes; First to make their financial resources better and secondly to increase their sales.
