Nokia 6 2018 (Nokia 6 2nd Gen) Launched – Goes Upto 1699 Yuan (Around $262)
Some Nokia 6 2018 Renders were leaked previously & the authenticity of those renders are now 100% confirmed.
The Nokia 6 2018 or the Nokia 6 2nd Gen has been unveiled. So, we have two variants of the Nokia 6 2nd Gen one of which comes with 32 Gigabytes of Storage & the other comes with 64 Gigabytes of Storage. The amount of RAM however is 4 Gigabytes on both the models.
The 4GB+32GB model costs 1499 Yuan that is around $231 & the 4GB+64GB model costs 1699 Yuan that is $262.

The 2nd Generation of Nokia 6 got a nice CPU upgrade & now it spots a 14nm Snapdragon 630 that is quite powerful compared to the Snapdragon 430.
However, the Display is again a traditional 5.5 inch 16:9 Full HD Display so, no fancy 18:9 here. The device also runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box but, Nokia says that the device will get the Android 8.0 Oreo update really soon.
The device also supports the Bothie feature that was already present on the Nokia 8 but, very few people use that feature so, we do not know if it will be useful at all. But, for those who want to take photos with the Front & the Rear camera at the same time, Bothie can come handy.
Speaking of Cameras we have a 16 Megapixel Rear Facing Camera that has an Aperture of f-2.0. On the Front we have an 8 Megapixel selfie shooter that also comes with a f-2.0 lens. The 16 MP rear Camera supports phase detection autofocus.
The Nokia 6 2nd Gen ships with a 3000 mAh Battery. Though it’s not low in capacity & the Snapdragon 630 shall hold it for a day with Medium usage, we wish Nokia has included a Bigger Battery.
The Nokia 6 2nd Gen will go on sale on 10th January in China. However, reservations (Registrations) have been started. We don’t know when the Nokia 6 2nd Gen will be released in Other countries like the US, UK & India but, hopefully in February if Nokia does not make terrible delays like they did in 2017.
