Alcatel, has gained my attention. At the IFA 2015 event they have launched two low-end smartphones under the OneTouch series i.e. the “Alcatel Pop Up” & “Alcatel Pop Star.” Both the variant looks amazing & have a decent configuration. Let’s have a detail look on both the smartphones.

Alcatel OneTouch Pop Star:
The Pop Star has a 3G & a 4G version. The 3G version has a 5-inches 720P HD display. It is powered with MediaTek MT6580 processor with 1GB RAM + 8GB ROM. It has an 8MP rear and 5MP Front/Selfie camera. The battery life is decent with 2, 000 mA battery, which can last till 8 hours.
The 4G version has the exact same specification, but is equipped with MediaTek 64 MT6735P processor, which ensures better performance than the 3G versions.
Alcatel OneTouch Pop UP:
The Pop Up is a better version than the Pop Star. It comes with 5.0-inch 720P HD display. It is powered with Snapdragon 610 processor with the clock speed of 1.4GHz & supported with 1GB RAM. It has a 13 MP rear & 5 MP front/selfie camera.

Black, Riva blue, amber orange, white & strawberry red color
Both the smartphones has a very decent configuration & can be a best choice for those who are looking up for a budgeting smartphone.
