Android P’s Final 5th Developer Preview Update

 

Today Google pushes 5th Android P Developer preview & it is expected to be the last preview update as the company is close to making an Official Announcement. Being the final developer preview there are some major changes done that also includes an icon.

In the below, you will that the Auto-Rotate icon has been changed. With this, it is quite sure that we might some more icon update in the official Android P.

In this, you will also see how they have removed the “mic” icon from the search bar. With this update, can we expect the Android P devices can work on voice command without any physical activity?

Along with these updates, the Android P will support different functions like multi-camera support, display cutout (As most of the phones are now with either 18:9 aspect ratio or comes with a Notch), TextClassifer and other. If you are looking to download the update, look for “API 28 SDK.”

This current update is the beta 4 update that is available to download. If you have already register for beta program, then you might get the update automatically on your device anytime this week.
