“Android P” is what everyone is waiting for & HTC has been quite for their release. According to a recent tweet by Raul Gabriel confirms that HTC U11 Life has started rolling Android P update.
The stable version of Android Pie was released in early August and since then manufacturers started rolling the update. Today, four months later, HTC U11 Life is now accepting updates for Android 9 Pie. HTC’s U11 Life Android P will start rolling in rest of the countries in December.

Coming in the Android One category, we will see all the latest feature. Since the device is part of the Android One program, we finally see the Android Pie & are expecting it to get the Q for next year. It was announced by HTC that the HTC U11, HTC U11 +, HTC U11 Life and HTC U12 + will be updated to Android Pie.
With the Android P update on U11 Life, it becomes the first HTC smartphone to power Pie update. This is also an indication that the other “U Series” models to receive the update soon.
