LG Will Extend The Warranty For Their Bootloop Effected Smartphones

If you have a defective LG smartphone that has been stuck into Bootloop but, you weren’t able to get a replacement because you’re out of warranty, then there’s good news for you. LG Will Extend The Warranty to 30 months from the purchase date.

In the previous 12 months Warranty period, in case any of the LG G4, LG V10, Nexus 5X, LG G5, and LG V20 devices got bootloops after their warranty is over, there was no way that the user can get a replacement. But, now if the user notices any bootloop issues within 30 months of purchase, a replacement shall be issued by the company. LG has also admitted that these issues are related to the hardware of the devices. LG mobiles release the latest series LG Stylo 3. This was possible as LG was facing Lawsuits about this issue & as a result, the company had to introduce new ways to ensure that the users don’t face any issues to replace their devices regarding Bootloop issues in the long run. In this case 2 and a half years.
