Well, we all know that every other brand is getting into the smartphone business. One of the biggest surprises was when RAZER one of the leading gaming peripheral company got their new Gaming Laptop with full keyboard & then Xiaomi Blackshark. When all these companies are getting into the action, I wondered why would ROG not do something like this. Recently from one of our Taiwan Insiders confirmed saying that ROG is planning to launch their all-new ASUS ROG smartphone in the Computex 2018, but there is no confirmation on the spec. This topic could be interesting to tech-savvy students, but if I had to write my essay today, I couldn’t tell much about it.
There is no such confirmation on what the specification of the device will be, but it is so clear that it will be powered with the Snapdragon 845 processor and an option of having the 60Hz and 120Hz display. We still wonder if they could launch the ROG smartphone with 144Hz display. Apart from this we also expect the phone to come along with 8GB RAM for better management.
Being a gaming smartphone, it is clear that the brand need to also focus more in the price point. We are yet to get the confirmation on the specification of the ROG smartphone, but until now the only thing that’s confirmed is that we could get to see the ROG smartphone in Computex 2018.
