OnePlus have a very good reputation for delivering top notch specifications at an affordable price point. However, till now the highest RAM & storage combination available for OnePlus smartphones was 8GB RAM + 128GB Internal Storage. Well, that storage capacity may get an upgraded option with the OnePlus 6. According to a new report, there might be a OnePlus 6 Expected To Have A 256GB Variant With 8GB RAM At 749 AUD.
The comparison chart above shows the major differences between the top tier smartphones of 2018 with the OnePlus 6. However, don’t go on the price right now as all the prices mentioned here are wrong in terms of US pricing & it’s probably Australian Dollar [AUD] as that’s the closest match we can find in terms of Pricing or conversion of some other currency. However, the OnePlus 6 might be available at a price of 749 Australian Dollars which equals to 575 US Dollars so, the price of the 256GB variant might be around that 600 US Dollar price point.
Anyway, according to the chart, the OnePlus 6 will have a 16MP+20MP Dual Rear Camera configuration. So, OnePlus may come back to a Regular+Telephoto configuration like the OnePlus 5 & unlike the configuration on the OnePlus 5T.
Other specifications include a 6.2 inch (probably 19:9 with a Notch) Display, the Snapdragon 845, 8GB RAM, 256GB Internal Storage & Dash Charge support.
The Snapdragon 845 was already confirmed since we had that Antutu score leak earlier & a real life image came into leaks as well which showcased a Notch on the Display. Now, the Notch is definitely a personal preference thing but, an affordable 256GB variant seems to be a good option.
