For those who are waiting for Shadow of the Tomb Raider here’s the good news. It has got clear that the Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be supporting 4K gaming for Xbox users up to 60fps to give the best visual experience.

Square Enix at one of their conversion with Windwscentral said “Shadow of the Tomb Raider will not run 60 FPS while in 4K. To allow for a more customized gameplay experience, the game will include two visual modes: ‘4K Resolution’ which runs in 4K resolution at 30 FPS, and ‘High Resolution’ which is targeting 1080p at 60 FPS. Both modes will feature a wide variety of additional enhancements such as HDR, improved physically-based rendering, hardware tessellation, anisotropic filtering, additional dynamic foliage, and more.

For those who still don’t have the 4K monitor, they could still play the game at 1080P resolution at 60fps settings. Considering the fact that all the gaming monitors will not support up to 60fps, they still have an option to switch it to 30fps.

What we are really excited for is September 14, 2018 when this new version of Tomb Raider will release. Currently they have kept the game out for pre-order at many retail stores.
