10nm Snapdragon 670 And 12nm Helio P40 Got Leaked Together

Looks like both Qualcomm & Mediatek are preparing their next Higher-mid range SOCs. These are respectively the Snapdragon 670 & the Helio P40. Some minor specification highlights for both the SOCs were recently leaked.

10nm Snapdragon 670 And 12nm Helio P40 Got Leaked Together

So as it can be seen in the above image, the Helio P40 will be based on a 12nm fabrication Process technology & the Snapdragon 670 will be based on 10nm Process Technology.

Now, to be fair we don’t have big expectations form the Mediatek Helio P40 but, looks like Oppo, Xiaomi & Meizu have already decided to use this SOC in their phones. But, none of these SOCs are going to be 5G compatible.

The real deal is with the Snapdragon 670 though. As Qualcomm is finally moving to 10nm Process technology in their Snapdragon 600 series. If you remember, the 14nm Snapdragon 660 proved itself to be quite a great performer & now as it’s successor, we expect the Snapdragon 670 to be a lot more powerful while the 10nm Process Technology shall provide quite an improved Battery Life over the SD 660. Anyway, fingers crossed for the Snapdragon 670 !
